Return Policy for Contact Lens Nepal (CLN)

1. 3-Day Return Policy:

1.1 Eligible Products:

  • The 3-day return policy is valid for all contact lenses, excluding daily disposable lenses and contact lens solution, purchased via CLN.

1.2 Exclusions:

  • CLN shall not accept returns for daily disposable lenses and contact lens solution once sold, whether purchased individually or in combination.

2. Return Procedure:

2.1 Condition of Returned Product:

  • Products must be returned within 3 days of purchase in unworn condition, with the sealed outer packaging intact.
  • CLN will not refund or replace products if the packaging is worn out or torn.

2.2 Reshipment of Damaged Packaging:

  • If the packaging is worn out or torn, CLN will reship the product back to the customer without refund or replacement.

3. Power Selection Responsibility:

3.1 Customer Responsibility:

  • CLN shall not be responsible for customers purchasing the wrong power contact lenses or experiencing power changes after purchase.
  • Eyeglass power and contact lens power may differ, and CLN will not be liable for incorrect power selection by the customer.

4. Warranty SOP Criteria:

4.1 Manufacturing Warranty:

  • No manufacturing warranty is available for contact lens products.

4.2 Return Policy Terms:

  • CLN will only follow the 3-day return policy, as described above, under the terms and conditions outlined.
